ケアミックスって　何ですか?

看護助手でケアミックス、ヘルパー２級あれば経験不問。
とても条件もいいんですが、そもそもケアミックスって・・・
教えてください。

ケアミックスとは、一つの病院内に急性期看護と慢性期看護のように
看護内容・レベル異なる看護体制 を並行して運営することを指すという専門用語です。
例えば、一般病棟と療養型病床群、または一般病棟と介護強化病棟の組み合わせなどは
ケアミックス病棟と呼ばれます。

複雑で難しそうですが　経験不問でも出来るものでしょうか？
介護内容はその病院にもよると思いますが、
だいたい普通のヘルパー業務が出来れば大丈夫ですか？
