ストレス解消法

- 仕事にはストレスは影響してませんが仕事の悩み事、愚痴など話す人がいなくて、掲示板みて助けられてはいるんですが、それでもストレスがたまり食欲がすごくこの仕事を始めて８キロも太ってしまいました。家ではチビ３人のママで自分の時間がもてずと言うより趣味がない。利用者さんには体格いいねぇと言われて力仕事はまかせてくださいといってますが本当は落ち込んでしまいます。みなさんはどうやってストレス解消してますか？また、ストレスが原因で病気になってしまった方教えてください。

- ヘルパー３年目になります。登録も常勤も経験し、現在は事業所５件目になります。が事業所の姿勢、常勤者の対応、シフトのいいかげんさなどに、不信感を持ち働く意欲をうしないつつあります。ヘルパーステーションへの苦情、待遇面などの相談はどういう機関などに相談したら言いのでしょうか？
